Abstract (english) | This paper's primary goal is to demonstrate how attitudes towards work impact organizational success and how to manage employee motivation and attitude.
Francis Bacon (London, 1561-1626), a pioneer of modern science and philosophy, famously stated, "knowledge is power", and in the present day, this adage continues to hold true.
While individual reactions vary, a common thread is that satisfied employees tend to be more efficient, emphasizing the role of work attitudes.
A successful organization hinges on reliable, content employees who are eager to grow and contribute to their own and the organization's success.
Conversely, dissatisfied employees underperform, directly harming the organization and often leading to costly turnover.
Modern businesses must prioritize finding, retaining, and motivating competent, high-quality employees who align with the organization's goals.
In our contemporary world, human resources, encompassing their knowledge, skills, and competencies, emerge as critical drivers of success for any organization. |
