Abstract
U završnom radu „Osiguranje osoba” analiziran je i objašnjen pojam osiguranja te je detaljno opisan razvoj osiguranja u svijetu i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Opisani su pojmovi osiguranja života, pojam i vrste životnog osiguranja, mješovito osiguranje života, osiguranje života za slučaj smrti te osiguranje života za slučaj doživljenja. Također, opisane su teme osiguranja od nezgode i zdravstvenog osiguranja. Cilj završnog rada jest prikazati povijesni razvoj osiguranja, od definicije pojma „osiguranje“ do ugovaranja i njegovih sudionika, potom obilježja i načela osiguranja koja su specifična za takvu vrstu poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper “Personal Insurance”, the term “insurance” is analyzed and explained, including a detailed description of its development in the world and in the Republic of Croatia. Furthermore, the terms life insurance and its different subtypes, mixed life insurance, life insurance in case of death as well as insurance in case of outliving are described. Moreover, the topic of injury insurance and health insurance are described as well. The goal of the paper is to present the historical development of insurance, including the definition of the term “insurance”, closing of contracts and its participants, as well as characteristics and principles of insurance which are specific for such kinds of business handling.
