Abstract | Čovjek je društveno biće koje ima potrebu za socijalizacijom i koristi svoja znanja i vještine kako bi doprinio društvenoj zajednici kao i organizaciji kao obliku zajednice u kojoj također postoje određena pravila ponašanja odnosno norme ali i gdje se dijele zajedničke potrebe i interesi. Radom čovjek ostvaruje sve svoje potrebe poput potreba za sigurnošću, pripadanjem, poštovanjem, samoaktualizacijom pa i one fiziološke potrebe jer radom ostvaruje dohodak koji mu omogućuje preživljavanje i financijsku stabilnost kao osnovne preduvjete za vlastiti opstanak te opstanak i funkcioniranje obitelji.
U ovom radu će se nastojati odgovoriti na pitanje zašto čovjek ima potrebu namjerno i dobrovoljno kršiti organizacijske norme te na taj način ugrožavati organizaciju, pojedince u istoj ali u konačnici i sebe. Definiranjem dimenzija, determinanti te analizom individualnih i situacijskih uzroka nepoželjnog organizacijskog ponašanja će se pojasniti razlozi i uzroci nepoželjnog organizacijskog ponašanja. U svrhu boljeg razumijevanja takvog štetnog ponašanja definirano je i organizacijsko ponašanje, navedeni su oblici organizacijskog ponašanja te izloženi čimbenici koji utječu na pojavu istog.
Poseban osvrt je na analizi stavova anketiranih osoba o percepciji nepoželjnog organizacijskog ponašanja i o utjecaju rukovoditelja na pojavu takvog ponašanja.
U radu su navedene mogućnosti prevencije nepoželjnog organizacijskog ponašanja te je istražen i opisan regulatorni okvir koji definira i propisuje sankcije za takve nepoželjne vrste ponašanja. |
Abstract (english) | Man is a social being with an innate need for socialization who utilizes his knowledge and skills to contribute to the social community, as well as to organizatios as a form of community where certain behavioral rules and norms exist, and where commom needs and interests are also shared. Through work, a person fulfills all their needs, such as the need for security, belonging, respect, self-actualisation and even physiological needs, as work provides income that enables survival and financial stability, which are fundamental prerequisites for one´s own existance and the survival and functioning of the family.
This paper aims to answer the question of why individuals have a need to intentionally and voluntarily violate organizational norms, therebay endangering the organization, individuals within it, and ultimately themselves. By defining the dimensions, determinants, and analyzing individual and situational causes of counterproductive work behavior, the reasons and causes of such behavior will be clarified. In order to better understand such harmful behavior, organizational behavior is defined, forms of organizational behavior are listed, and factors influencing its occurence are exposed.
Special attention is given to the analysis of the attitudes of surveyed individuals regarding the perception of counterproductive work behavior and the influence of managers on the occurrence of such behavior.
The paper presents possibilities for preventing counterproductive work behavior and the regulatory framework that defines and prescribes sanctions for such undesirable types of behavior is explored and described. |
