| Sažetak | Od ulaska Republike Hrvatske u Europsku uniju 01. srpnja 2013. godine, te odnedavnog pridruživanja eurozoni i Schengenskom prostoru te uvođenju Eura kao službene valute 01.01.2023. godine, svjedoci smo da je Republika Hrvatska sve privlačnija destinacija strancima. Budući da je od 30. lipnja 2023. godine strancima omogućena i kupnja poljoprivrednih zemljišta, možemo u budućnosti očekivati daljnji razvoj poduzetništva i na ovom području. Bilo da se radi o investitorima koji svoje poslovanje šire na prostor Republike Hrvatske ili građanima stranih zemalja koji svoje boravište žele imati u Republici Hrvatskoj i/ili u istoj kupiti nekretninu, činjenica je da je Republika Hrvatska uz prirodne resurse i ljepote koje posjeduje, zbog potpisivanja međunarodnih ugovora, a time i pojednostavljenja zakonskih propisa za građane Europske Unije, Europskog gospodarskog prostora i Švicarske Konfederacije Republika Hrvatska postaje sve poželjnija destinacija.
Predmet ovog rada je položaj stranaca u Republici Hrvatskoj.
U radu su detaljnije prikazani uvjeti i pretpostavke za boravak stranaca, građana Europske unije i građana trećih zemalja u Republici Hrvatskoj kao i pretpostavke da ostvare pravo na rad, bilo da se radi o izaslanim radnicima, zaposlenicima stranih društva ili članovima društava registriranih u Republici Hrvatskoj. Osim navedenog prikazane su i pretpostavke za poduzetništvo stranaca u Republici Hrvatskoj te pretpostavke za ostvarenje pravo vlasništva nad nekretninama. |
| Sažetak (engleski) | Since the entry of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union on July 1, 2013, and the recent joining to the Eurozone and the Schengen Area, as well as the introduction of the Euro as the official currency as of January 1, 2023. year, we are witnesses that the Republic of Croatia is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for foreigners. Since from June 30, 2023, foreigners are also allowed to buy agricultural land, because of which we can expect further development of entrepreneurship in this area in the future. Whether it is about investors who expand their business to the territory of the Republic of Croatia or citizens of foreign countries who want to have their residence in the Republic of Croatia and/or buy real estate there, the fact is that the Republic of Croatia, with its natural resources and beauty, due to the signing international agreements, and thus the simplification of legal regulations for citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation, the Republic of Croatia is becoming an increasingly desirable destination.
The subject of this paper is the position of foreigners in the Republic of Croatia.
The paper presents in more detail the conditions and prerequisites for the residence of foreigners, citizens of the European Union and citizens of third countries in the Republic of Croatia, as well as the prerequisites for exercising the right to work, whether they are posted workers, employees of foreign companies or members of companies registered in the Republic of Croatia. In addition to the above, the paper presents the prerequisites for entrepreneurship of foreigners in the Republic of Croatia and the prerequisites for realizing the right of ownership of real estate. |
